I grew up in Vermont and graduated from the University of Vermont with a Nutritional Sciences degree. I moved to Boulder for a few years and fell in love with the mountains of Colorado. I attended George Washington University and completed my Master’s Degree in their Physician Assistant program. During school, I came out to Colorado to do both an Orthopaedic and Internal Medicine rotation. Upon graduation, I was offered a job in Internal Medicine here in Steamboat and subsequently moved out here. I met my husband and the rest is history as they say. I have been a Physician Assistant for ten years, six years in medicine, and four years now in orthopaedics. I have two boys, ages 4 and 6. In my spare time, I enjoy running, yoga, hiking, skiing and spending time with my family.
